Overview

Nick has a broad practice focussing on workplace, personal injury and criminal law.

Nick represents businesses, individuals and government departments in federal and state courts. He also appears in conciliation and arbitration processes before the Fair Work Commission and NCAT.

Prior to commencing at the bar Nick was a Senior Associate in the Workplace Relations team at Holman Webb Lawyers. From 2008 to 2010 Nick worked for the government legal service in London where he resolved employment and organised tax fraud disputes. Nick has also worked with Moray & Agnew Lawyers in Sydney and for WorkCover NSW (now SafeWork NSW).

Nick graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws in 2003.
