Since coming to the bar David has acted for unions, employees and employers as well as litigants on both sides of the record in the family and civil courts.

He has appeared in the High Court, Federal Court, Supreme Court, District Court and Federal Magistrates Court. He has appeared regularly in the NSW Industrial Court and the Commonwealth and NSW Industrial Relations Commissions.

Other Areas of Interest: his family, environmental protection, planning and development issues and local government.

In 2004 David was elected as a Councillor to Woollahra Council and he takes an active interest in his local community.
